Reservations & Payments

Please call or email us to make a reservation.

Reservations will be honored upon receipt of the signed liability release.

Full payment must be made before the time of departure.


This policy reflects the rights and positions of Navarre Kayak Fishing and its subsidiaries; therefore, applies to all charter and rental services.

All scheduled trips will run rain or shine, as long as the conditions are safe. Only the Guide may cancel due to weather without potential penalty or forfeit of deposit.

If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule your trip or you will be refunded.

All Cancellations must be made by directly calling your guide. Voicemail, Email, Text Message, and Social Media are NOT accepted methods of cancellation. Upon cancellation, all anglers will be emailed a cancellation confirmation.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled date will receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours of a scheduled trip or in the event of a "No Show" the full deposit will be forfeited.

Failure or Refusal to obtain an FL fishing license, sign the liability release, and/or make full payment, prior to departure, will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

It is our objective to offer a reasonable cancellation policy and provide excellent customer service. Please understand that any failure to respect these terms may result in a financial loss or inconvenience. We shall not be held liable for any indirect costs or inconveniences incurred by the booking or cancellation of a trip with us.
