SHIPPING, RETURNS, & WARRANTY INFORMATION

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for the US and 10-30 business days for international shipping (Items in order may be shipped separately).

Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Changes to Order

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your request to change your order on time. We will try our best if we get the email before production begins. Once items have shipped, they will no longer be eligible to change.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change; if you need to cancel your order, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus any applicable banking and processing fees. To cancel your order, please make your request before the item has been shipped. If the cancellation request is received after the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we cannot reroute your package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order. Unfortunately, if the wrong address was entered at checkout, you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Items

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We understand that sometimes, things can get lost along the way.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double-check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us, and we will ship it back to the correct address! (Re-shipment fees will apply)

If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office. You can file a missing mail search with USPS 15 days after the initial delivery.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS and a complaint with your local police station.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns

All products purchased from the NKF website can be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase (NKF does not provide return shipping labels). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products purchased more than 15 calendar days ago will not be accepted.

Before you begin the return process, ensure the product you plan to return is in new condition. We cannot accept the product for return if any component is used or altered.

To return your product, please include the order number, specific products, and quantities being returned.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Items
  • Custom Products
  • Apparel & Stickers
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if your item arrives in new and unused condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged or if the incorrect item was received. For all other exchanges, please follow the instructions above for returning the item you would like to exchange, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

If an NKF component fails because of a manufacturing defect or a lack of quality, NKF will replace it free of charge.
