SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS. Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-7 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days (times may vary due to customs processing)

Processing Time: Please note that shipping estimates apply after your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Changes to Orders

We cannot guarantee that we will receive and process your request before fulfillment begins. If we receive your request before production or shipping, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once items have shipped, we cannot make changes to your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before it has shipped. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable banking or processing fees.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you must follow the return process.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

NKF is not responsible for misdelivered or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Shipments

Navarre Kayak Fishing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the mail carrier.

If your package was marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office and neighbors.

If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS and a police report with your local authorities.

If your package was misdelivered due to an incorrect address at checkout, we are not responsible for replacement or refunds.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • NKF does not provide return shipping labels—customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unaltered with all components intact

To begin a return, please include:

  • Order number
  • Specific product(s) and quantity being returned

Return Packaging Requirements

Customers must properly package return items to prevent damage in transit. NKF is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital items
  • Custom products
  • Apparel & stickers
  • Items missing components or damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We offer free exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.

For all other exchanges, please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

KAYAK DELIVERY & RIGGING POLICY

Ordering Process

All kayak orders must be placed by phone at (850) 264-3957. Full payment is required before processing begins.

Custom Rigging Services

Custom rigging is available. Equipment is professionally installed and ready for use upon delivery. Please note: Our rigging services are exclusively available for kayaks purchased from Navarre Kayak Fishing and are limited to accessories that we sell.

Sales & Cancellations

All sales for kayak delivery and rigging services are final. Due to the customized nature of these orders, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the transaction is complete.

Non-Refundable Deposits – Payments made for kayak orders are non-refundable, except in cases where NKF cancels the order.

Warranty Information

Kayak Warranty – Warranty claims related to kayak defects must be handled directly with Old Town Kayak Company. NKF does not facilitate warranty claims.

Accessory Warranty – For accessories purchased through NKF, please refer to our Warranty & Disclaimer Policy.

Kayak Delivery Options

Local Delivery: Free within 75 miles of zip code 32565.

Extended Delivery: Available for an additional charge. Fees will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your kayak is ready, we will schedule a delivery date and time. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible to avoid delays.
